DISCOUNTS / SALES
• CURRENT PROMOTIONS: Be sure to sign up for our emails as that is where we will communicate exclusive sales and coupon codes.
• SHIPPING FEES: Currently we are offering $5 flat rate shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).
• COUPON CODES: Coupon codes cannot be applied when certain shop sales are running. Coupon codes are generally not valid on sale items.

Please visit our valued local Retail Shops in your area. If you would like a Shop in your area to carry our products, please ask them to contact us at wholesale@taylorsnaturals.com and we'll be happy to have them join the Taylor's Naturals family!
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns *except on items such as tinctures with un-opened tamper-evident seals. This is due to the fact that we cannot re-sell a product once it has left our hands & sending any item back to us would not be sustainable. Therefore, all sales are final, except as noted above.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions: Our return policies apply to subscriptions. If you need to edit or cancel your subscription you may do so at ANY time, no questions asked. Just log-in to your account and click on the Manage Subscription button to make changes.
If you need any help editing or canceling your subscription, please send us an email immediately at hello@taylorsnaturals.com. We are NOT responsible for any subscriptions sent out if a customer did not update their subscription or contact us about it in advance. In some cases (depending on product, etc.), we may be able to have you return products for a refund, MINUS any shipping fees.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Although it is rare, sometimes products are damaged during transit. We pack our products according to shipping standards, but sometimes during transit things still happen. If you receive a damaged product/package, please send us an email immediately with pictures of the damaged product and/or package. Please send an email to hello@taylorsnaturals.com.
